We booked two rooms at this hotel and checked in, but neither of the rooms had any water. When I called and asked for water, I was told that a 0.75-liter bottle of water costs €9, and room service to deliver it to the room costs an additional €5. I also called reception to request a dental kit, and they told me to come down to pick it up because there was no second person at the reception. However, when I went down, there were two people at the reception, and there was no dental kit available. Why wasn’t I informed about this beforehand? Why was I told to come down to the reception unnecessarily? When I asked the reception why no water was provided in the rooms, they said it was due to coronavirus. (Seriously?) When I then asked how the hotel managed to get a 4-star rating without water in the rooms, they explained that 4 stars mean there’s a minibar in the room. I opened the minibar, and it was empty. They said this was also because of coronavirus. I ended up ordering 5 bottles of water and paid nearly €50 for them. In the second room, there were no slippers, and neither of the rooms had bathrobes. This experience is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel.
The facility was good and the location was convenient
The bathroom had issues; water was running away from the bottom, and the toilet paper was not in an appropriate keeper
very nice modern room, has all the amenities
