Comfortable bed, spacious room and friendly staff. We had issues with our tv and they solved it.

In SFO a group of workers are on strike with a hotel nearby and the noise goes nonstop 7am until 10pm. The hotel offered earbuds.

Although on the edge of the neighbourhood called the Tenderloin don’t let that put you off. It’s a fantastic location and we both felt safe at all times. The property itself is an amazing building with great facilities and excellent beds.

Location and cleanliness was good.

The bathroom and sink was too small. Shower water pressure was very poor and the bathtub shower drain was clogged with months worth of accumulated hair. Was late and taking a shower so had no choice but to clean it up myself and unclog it in order to shower and sleep that first night. Request at the site for compensation was denied. Parking fees were a fortune as well.

the hotel is fabulous and the building is beautiful, we enjoyed our stay overall but thy should have warned us of the protest going on whole day and whole night!

we were trapped in a room with a protest outside, people protesting whole day and night!! I think it was hotel staff that want to receive better work conditions. I asked some residents and they told me that was going on for weeks and nobody was doing nothing and nobody warned us from the hotel. The protest starts every day at 7 am and finish at midnight! Whole day whole night!
