1 Hotel West Hollywood

Sensational hotel. I will be coming back without a doubt. The pool area is luxe, the foyer bar vibes and the rooms plus beds are so comfy and quite a good size. It was all fabulous..

The pricing of the food and drinks was super expensive (Aussie exchange rate makes it worse). Service at the foyer bar was pretty ordinary.

Lovely design and feel throughout the hotel. The breakfast team were the absolute highlight from a service point of view. The El Salvadorian maitradee was incredible as was Joseph one of the serving team. Location is perfect for exploring West Hollywood.

I think it should call itself an adults only hotel. We were travelling with our very relaxed and easy going 4 year old, we asked for a couple of simple things for the room but the hotel couldn’t assist. The staff are very young and therefore probably lack the empathy to understand how a few small things can make travelling with a child so much easier. The bed were also awful. Somewhere between a large single and a small double and incredibly soft. You couldn’t sleep with two adults in one bed. It’s one of those hotels that people like to be seen in. So you couldn’t move around without interrupting someone’s instagram photoshoot.

I stay in this hotel many time. It was the most disappointing. I will never back there ! The maintenance managers arrived at 1 a.m. to make the first repair, and only after an hour realized that it could not be repaired , he promised that in the morning someone will come ,unfortunately when I back no one come. It was like that some days ! And I moved place .

The AC didn’t work and I took other hotel in those nights too!
