Lovely decor. Much enjoyed small balcony overlooking park.

Location was great. Staff was very accommodating.
Buffet breakfast was stale and dry. The room was not sound proof at all. Could hear staff coming and going in to office and doors slamming when fitness center was used. The toilet was very low and had difficulty getting up.
The location was fabulous. The staff were terrific. The room was very nice. The breakfast was a great way to start the day.
The only downfall was that the bed wasn't the most comfortable. It sank to the middle a bit and the pillows lost their shape quickly.

There is no cafeteria or eating facilities of any kind. There is a kitchen in the room but on holidays we prefer not to cook. Breakfast was just ok.
The location is good. Not far from the Chinatown and City center. Breakfast was ok.
We booked a room with a king-sized bed on the last floor. But the door had bad isolation and the wind was literally blowing to the room from the balcony. The staff was very friendly and moved us to the lower floor and a less convenient room with 2 Queen-sized beds. Things happen but keep it in mind.
Breakfast was good - lots of selection. Price was good in comparison with other hotels in the area.
Room seemed rundown, electricity issues in our room that werent resolved, carpet in our room seemed old and had come loose, kitchen suite in our room was very dated. Lobby area was not very welcoming.
