Blew a fuse. They were suppose to fix during the day. When we returned early evening g they had not f fixed. Called and it was fixed within five minutes

No water in the pool.
Close to almost everything. Food, desserts, water.

The staff was all very polite and helpful. They upgraded our room for our Anniversary without even asking for an upgrade. The bed was so comfortable and the location was perfect to walk on the harbor.
There were some areas in the bathroom that housekeeping could pay more attention to.
The location was perfect for the 2 baseball games we had planned to go to.
The service through the text app took 25 minutes before I gave up and just went to talk to someone. Once I got to the desk, they were apologetic and helpful, but it was frustrating not to get my question answered through the text app.

Wonderful location, very clean, staff were great, helpful and courteous.
The room was clean, but very Spartan--seemed empty. Would have been nice to have had more furniture--like 2 easy chairs (instead of only 1) and a real coffee table/high table. Coffee shop kept few hours, things just not open.
