Coffee maker was not working in room
Big room, great view, comfy bed
Expensive, location not the best for a city visit (unless you are attending an event at The Rogers Centre), very quiet area - nothing much to do or see in immediate vicinity. It was very cold so not the weather to visit the harbour front or islands - perhaps better location if it were a summer stay.
Hotel looking tired in places with staining in areas and in need of some tlc
The staff were not very helpful in asking for directions or what’s around the area. On a couple of occasions we tried to ask but ended up using Google and our maps
