Great location, buffet breakfast included in the price a good draw card. Excellent staff.
Not enough milk, tea coffee supplied in room when staying a number of days. No mini fridge.

Booked a twin and got a double. No apology - just attitude and an insistence we’d been ‘upgraded’ to a double room we didn’t want.

Amazingly pleasant Staff, Amazing grounded Manager, great rooms, generous breakfast, great location. Check-in experience was great. Effort to make us comfortable was a great attitude with a flexible approach.
The Taxi company with which Holiday Inn Express has a relationship is a dicy company. The rate agreed from the hotel to the international airport at Dublin was decided at 35 Euros. The car driver also agreed at 35 Euros however discretely charged by 49.50 Euros without my knowing the same swiped my card and I realized the same only after I reached the airport. I spoke to Neha (of Holiday Inn Express) from the airport and she also did call me back to say that she is investigating it. I called again from London to express my dis-atisfaction at the way I have been cheated. I was promised an email on the action taken on the driven Ian. However I have no update or information on the same. I hope nobody gets cheated. Looking back, I think taking an Uber would been a better bet than trusting the Car company with which Holiday Inn Express has a tie up with.
Clean rooms, friendly staff and nice selection at breakfast. The hotel is well located in central Dublin and the best part are the affordable prices! I used the nearby car park, where the hotel has a negotiated discount price. This worked very well, you just need to mention that you parked in the garage (Qpark) at the reception.
The rooms are elementary and unpersonal, very standard. You get exactly what you expect from a HolidayInn Express hotel.
Everything especially the breakfast
