The spacious rooms
The location was close to the area I needed to be
Room was dirty, stuff left from previous guest, things broken, mold on the celling in the bathroom, no heat, we froze for 2 days and there was nothing that could be done because we booked through booking.com. I have stayed in low end hotels that were nicer than this one.
Convenient location and good breakfast
The ?asian? woman with the long straight dark brown/black hair who checked us in on Sunday 1/5 at approximately 4pm was rude and completely devoid of personality. Her male counterpart seemed to be very friendly to the people he helped. The bartender was very friendly and extremely patient with the crowds.
We've stayed here 3 times a year for the last 4 years and we love it
This is the first time we have ever had a problem with house keeping. We place our trash outside so no need for them to come into our room. Well this time they came into our room and broke into the safe. Luckily we didn't have anything in there but we had several people in.our group that had things taken from their room.
My family and I stayed for an overnight to be close for a drop off at the airport and it was a great stay. Friendly, clean and it was for a good price too.
No negative comments, everything was in order. If I could suggest anything it would be to have information on common questions a little easier accessible.
