Dirty, door lock broke off, room smelled like mildew and smoke. Keys didn’t work. Staff member appeared impaired

Parking, location, extremely dirty ( roaches).

Price was reasonable, room size reasonable, is surrounded by stores and restaurants and gas stations within walking distance, staff were polite, and it didn't seem overly dirty. The dressers and bed sheets were reasonably clean. The wifi and television worked.

There were insects (I don't personally mind it but I'm sure other customers would), the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned from the last stay (the floor was dirty and had a lot of shaving remnants neat the tub and sink), and I sincerely hope bed bugs are not an issue despite the sheets being relatively clean. People may not like quality of television reception as it's blurry/freezes at times but I personally didn't mind it.

My room had crickets. I spent more time killing bugs than enjoying my stay.
