Always love staying there
Extremely clean. Spacious bedroom. Very comfortable. Lovely reception staff who were very friendly and helpful. Lovely food. Great location if commuting from Heuston station. Great location if attending concert in phoenix park. Shuttle bus to concert in walking distance.
Restaurant staff were rude and impatient. Not very helpful either. Although, the food and presentation of food was excellent.
It was lovely hotel, easy access to public transport
My stay wasn’t great. The functioning and the way the hotel runs isn’t up to the standards it should be for the prices. When I first arrived at the hotel at 3 o clock I was told my hotel room was not ready even though check in was at 3. We didn’t manage to get the key for our room till around 20 to 4, 40 mins after the check in time on there website. Then when I was checking out if the hotel the next morning was I charged and extra €54 for drinks that I had paid for the night before. I have spoken to a memeber and am grateful it was able to be fixed but it just shouldn’t have happened in the first place.
